A:
What are the likely power gains for the 2.0, 2.3, and 2.5 (stock car)?
Gains are around 8-16%, but the torque gain is the real key. It makes the car so much more drivable.
How much is it to rent the data loggers from you, and is that per day or a flat fee. How is shipping handled?
Data logger is $25 to rent plus shipping costs, and its only $25 for the length of the rental. Deposit is required.
Once data logging is complete how do you transfer the information to you?
Email.
Is data logging plug and play?
Yes.
Is shipping and return shipping included, or are we responsible for the charges?
Shipping cost is up to the customer. You may choose the carrier of your liking. I can send prepaid labels if a customer prefers.
Should we put insurance on our ECU's and if so how much?
Always a good idea! I recommend $200-$400 depending on the year of the car.
Is data logging required?
No.
If my tune gets erased or re-flashed at the dealership, can I ship it back and have the tune put back on, and is there a charge?
Yes. Just shipping costs.
If I want to return to stock, should I just take it to the dealership, or send it back to you, and is there a charge?
No charge. Just shipping costs.
What if the tune makes the car function improperly, do I have to pay to get it retuned besides shipping?
No way, we stand behind our work!
If I add performance parts and redo data logging, how much does it cost to retune with the latest modifications?
Free. Just shipping costs and data logging rental costs.
