2005 Mazda 3 Sport GT RPM Issue

I have a 2005 Mazda 3 2.3l Hatch and it has 145km on it now. Prior to the issue I currently have the car had a very low idle and would want to shut off due to such low idle. I had the spark plugs replaced and now the idle is fine.

Now when I'm coasting at around 50-60 when i release my foot off the acceleration the car will attempt to dip below 1000rpm and then up to 1500rpm and will continue to do so. So for soome type of example it will be 1000-1500-1000-1500-1000. All this while not pressing on the acceleration.

I've been doing some research and people have been saying it is the mass air flow sensor, throttle body, spark plugs, and possible the purge valve. I cleaned out the Mass air flow sensor and wiped out the throttle body with nothing helping. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and has advice on what I should do or even the possible remedy. Thank-You.
