Cobb AP Datalog - Knock Retard

Didnt know where else I should post.

So here goes.

2007 ms3 Stage 1 Cobb AP tune with cpesri.

My AFR's are fine as with everything else except my knock retard.

Please advise, or direct me into a location where an advisor can assist. I am used to subaru tunes with cobb and Subaru's rarely knock such a high stat.

Thanks!

everything looks good like you said except the knock. Is this the only time you have noticed the knock being high? Maybe try taking another log and seeing if it is still there. Keep the knock retard up on you display of your AP and see if it was just a one time thing.

also I moved the thread into the first gen speed section.

I did two logs, knock was there both times. Just one time it peaked at 5 something, but yeah everything else looks great. Any suggestions on what to do or why it is doing it?

Also,
Thanks for moving thread to correct section.

It's possible it could be a false knock. I'm not 100 percent sure what could be causing it. Based on you mods you shouldn't be getting knock that high.

What gear did you do the pull in?

Did this happen just once or a few times? Also do another datalog using all these parameters

Actual AFR
MAF Voltage
Boost
Mass Airflow
Boost Air Temp
RPM
Calculated Load
Short Term FT
HPFP Act. Press
Spark Adv.
Intake Temp
Accel PED POS
Intake Valve Adv.
Throttle Position
Knock Retard
Vehihcle Speed
Long Term FT
Wastegate Duty Cycle
INJ Duty Cycle
Coolant Temp

This can help with seeing whats up with your car. Did you buy the car used? When you did this datalog where were you driving?
