2008 speed3 cob tuning and destroyed transmission with motor damage

looking for tuners who know their business. I purchased this speed 3 with 80k on the odometer. 13k later second gear goes out tranny removed by a tuning shop and every part in the gearbox is damaged or destroyed. Tranny replaced and car doesn't run right. Head removed and my assessment is a broken ring which put a hole in the piston. Dealership says my driving is what caused this. Car has Cobb tuning kit and looks like stage 3 maybe even 4. Any ideas?

So you've got this?

"Accessport, Rear Motor Mount, Intake, Airbox, FMIC, Downpipe, Cat-Back, Hangers, Fuel Pump Internals, Turbo Inlet Hose, BPV"

No.

Yes, I can't find the access port, but everything else is installed. Motor issue wasn't discovered until the test drive after the tranny was replaced. Shop told me the car has to much horsepower for the transmission.

So could the conclusion be made that the transmission had been defective or hammered on. The deal is I put 12k on the car second gear started going out. Felt like clutch problems, I took it to Mazda than to a performance shop. Rennsport Mueller pulled the tranny and it was totally destroyed to include the carrier shaft being twisted. A stock transmission has been put back in the car and the motor needs a new piston and rings. My personal feeling is this tranny and motor were on there way out when I bought the car. I read somewhere Mazda had a hearing problem with this transmission second gear in particular, but did not issue s recall. When input this car back together, what performance mods can I do to prevent this in the future?

You don't have the accessport.. Yet you have all the Cobb parts..? Your engine is the next thing that'll blow up... Pretty soon. Get a accessport and run a proper tune for your parts... Or it's zoom zoom boom

Also if you have all those parts, your car was most probably abused...

Yeah here's a surprise hole in the piston, motor already has that problem. The car is in a performance shop in Germany, and they will put a stock piston in it. They don't tine Japanese just German. Yeah it was abused tranny problems started at 5k and finally went. What is a rough price for a motor rebuild? Can I get a performance transmission? 08 is first gen right?

08 is the first gen. Building a motor will cost more than the car is worth + transmission. Up to you though. If you want it done right then build and keep it. Sounds like the person before you abused it. That's why I'd never buy one used unless I got it inspected, leak down test, compression test, etc...
