Halogen bulbs that are white or have a blue tint are more expensive then a aftermarket HID kit.

Hate to be a stickler, but didn't you notice this is the engine performance section? There is an area just for this topic for a reason. Moving on.....I have the DDM 5k HIDs. They are white just like the picture above. If you are looking for the white with a hint of blue, def go with a 6000k bulb temp. I recommend the DDM Raptor kit. Great price and I have never had an issue with them.

cheersw guys for the info. So are these DDM good on visibility, cause as far as i have read on other sites, the more colour you go for the light decreases which makes sense. I also heard that the diamond ones and crystal ones are terrible in rain and on roads that have no lights. are these DDM different? Do they light up up the road better and still show some colour?

I got the DDM 4300k for my Mazda 6. They lid up the road really well, and it was bright white, but from far a bit yellow. I am getting the DDM 6000k for my Mazda 3, so I should tell the difference soon. I'll let you know.

yeah sweet i am looking to get DDM 6000K raptor kit as well but am not sure which wattage 35 or 55. I have had a few people tell me 55 is too much and can melt the housing or something and that 35W is plenty. Which one are you getting? look forward to your update | ||||||||||||||||||

I had the DDM 55w kit in my car and never had an issue with anything melting. If you put in 55w fog lights you would have melting issues.

the difference is marginal. I had 35w's first, then got 55w's and noticed they were brighter at first but after a while you get used to it.
