Default Rear Left Plastic Wheel Well Arch missing

Hey guys,

Recently I was involved in an accident, that required a few days at the shop. When I got the car back, I was taking a look at the wheel wells (the car was hit from behind) and notice that on the RIGHT SIDE REAR WHEEL WELL there is an extra plastic covering, and on the REAR LEFT WHEEL WELL, there is not plastic covering

There is a plastic covering towards the back on the wheel, but in the MIDDLE on the LEFT SIDE there is none, while there is a MIDDLE plastic covering on the RIGHT SIDE.

I talked to my garage and they said that it was because on the right side, there is a middle plastic covering to cover the Fuel line from the gas tank or something. And there is none on the left side.

Could anyone please confirm that this is true??

Thanks!!

-Brandon

I noticed the same thing detailing my wheels today. I could not see any mounting points or clip holes. Can anyone confirm this fender/wheel well panel is left off intentionally?

I'd go back there and talk to the manager.
