Sorry for thread jacking. Back to your regularly scheduled thread.
You shouldn't encourage him, he has been so quiet lately.

It will work but you'll get cel. I got the same intake from a friend 07 m3. I cut the pipe and bought a spectre maf kit and made into a custom sri. if you're looking to make a cai, chances are you'll get a cel.

It will fit, but you will probably get a cell like Shroom said. It is not technically made for your car, but in the same regards "a homemade" intake wasn't either (just something you piece together doesn't mean it's officially for your car, know what I am getting at?)

Let me google that for you

First link

Type in whatever you want, like wingzero_ is king.

Then it will provide you with a link. I always choose shorten, as it tricks more people.

Alright that is a useful tool, I think this should be stickied to show people how to search.. -__- and/or can be used to troll, either one. lol

You do realize that switching to a CAI to a SRI will involve taking off the bumper every time...that or cutting the bottom splash guard and making some sort of door...my opinion, buy the cheapest short ram you can, don't waste your time building one because it's highly likely you'll throw off your MAF...I have an injen SRI. I bought a $10 flex tube off ebay and I cut open the fake air damn/vent thingy on the bottom drivers side bumper and have the flex tube from there and pointing at my filter...does it really do anything...idk?...why?...BECAUSE RACE CAR...

Hmmm.... Can those cai get to 59F? Pretty cool for iat in an homedepot intake doesnt it?
Ambient was 51 F.

Stock is usually 90 ish....

I feel like i am talking cpu heatsink comparison.....

Cudos to homemade stuff, but you better damn well do your homework on physics.
