Step 1: Brush up the calipers so that the paint can stick. Step 2: Use the supplied brake cleaner that came with the G2 caliper paint Step 3: Mix the G2 Caliper paint well Step 4: Apply one coat(brushed) on all calipers and circle back for 2nd and 3rd coat if needed. Step 5: Get some brake caliper decals to make it look real nice Step 6: ordered the Mazda 3 stickers from http://sechemedia.ca/wp/ Step7: Enjoy the ride Last edited by harshkey; 04-19-2012 at 10:20 AM.

| i dont know but I wish I didnt now...lol but I went red for a reason b/c my car is going to have red elements all over. I think red just make people think, expensive calipers b/c Brembos are red.

Everybody could tell if it's brembo/stop tech or not though, kinda funny personally I love this color and would accent our little smiling cars pretty well

I think the OP did a good job but I noticed you painted part of the pads... hopefully nothing weird will happen since they get pretty hot. I like the color of that big brake kit... but not for 6 grand. What do you think they did... anodize or PC... i didn't think PC could last with the high temps.

Looks good! Did you use a spray on or brush on paint? I painted mine on another car (red as well) and I didn't bother taping anything off since it was just a brush on.
