They aren't slow, but I think that's what it was. Yeah I was talkin to the guy selling the coilers but they aren't for me. Just a DD. Thanks for the response. Now I know it's not just Road Magnets doin work!

Nice. Does anybody have a sec to clear up the difference b/t shocks and struts for me? lol Are they two separate parts to eventually replace or two names for the same thing?
Anybody go longer than 1 year?? Probably can't go much longer with the Gen2.

I just got a set of rims and tires and honestly the ride with the new tires is way better than it was on the stock tires or even the winter tires I had.
No off-roading for me. I wonder how they compare to other brands with half the spring ratings.

Shocks just absorb the bumps... our cars have shocks on the rear. Struts absorb bumps and provide a pivot point for the steering rack and also serve as upper arm control... our cars have struts on the front.

They are similar, but not the same thing.

Would it be a bad idea to do 1.25 in the front and 1.75 in the rear as to even the car out?

They are pretty even to me, the back is just a bit higher up. Only way to do what you are asking is to get 2 sets of springs because I doubt someone will want the reverse-end of the trade

I've had my RM 1.25" in since July, and my stock shocks and struts are good. I've accidentally hit a few bumps a little too hard a little too often, but the suspension is still flawless.

Warlord cut a portion off of his rear springs to even it out...on his "old" 3 that is. I was thinking about cutting off a bit also, but not right now, maybe later when I get bored.

One major problem with that, is that to two different height springs have two different spring rates. So the back end of your car would ride more rough than the front.

That's what I was going to say, but from what I've found both sizes have the same spring rates (310 front/360 rear). Weird I know. If I read a bad source and somebody has different spring rates let us know! Idk cause I dont have them but I would guess a half an inch would be slight overkill and the nose would be a little higher. If H&R has 1.6 front and 1.9 rear I wouldn't want a difference any bigger than that

Alright thanks for clearing that up for me. Say you bought aftermarket shocks would you just by 2 to replace ours on the rear? or 4 and have both shocks and struts on the front?
