im just curious if there are any difference in the stock speed3 and non speed 3 springs...are they compatible with each other? any difference in ride hight? any changes in performance?

Yes, they're compatible. The speed3 springs are stiffer and yield a lower ride height (.4" or so), though the speed3 is heavier than the 3 as well. I would assume the shocks are too but can't speak personally.

The MS3 springs are made of heavier guage wire. The pistons on the MS3 struts are thicker and the compresson and rebound damping rates are higher also. There are other differences in the suspension too. The lower rear control arms have steel reinforcement plates welded on to reduce flex that the MZ3 doesn't have. The chassis x-bracing on the MS3 is also thicker than on the MZ3. I'm sure there are other things that I haven't noticed yet.
