 Build my black mica hatch
Wheels, offset, tires, sizes, props.. Fml.. I'm tired of it. Someone build my shit for me.   I want some silver rims, thinking the torques or maybe some enkei's.. Just somethiing lightweight. Goal is to look clean, yet keep my MPG high.. Budget around $1500.00 for wheels, tires and springs.. I was thinking the RM 1.25".. Used wheels are the way to go. I got my set of wheels for cheap on clubRSX.com. Avoid rotas if you can and try to find a set of enkeis.

Get some used RX-8 rims with tires and prokit or RM springs. You will still have some money left for some RB sway bars and possibly some audio upgrades.

Dude get some steelies like 14s. And get a 2 foot by 56 inch aluminum wing and mount it on your hood. When people ask tell them you need down force on the front wheels cuz ur fwd. And get a turbo exhaust whistler. Oh duh! And a gforce performance chil guaranteed 60whp gain and only have to splice 2 wires.
