Running this tire and size, they seem to fit good, give you a bit of extra coverage around the rim of the wheel if you run into a curb.

I ran a set on my old 2006 Scion xB. GREAT tires, but once they are down to only the "D", (like 25% tread left) start saving up for new tires. That's about when I had one shred itself on the inside sidewall while taking a highway circle off ramp too quick (totally my fault, lol)

Ordered last night and I'm already rolling. Almost no difference in the look. I was thinking the width might make it look like you trying to cram a fat tire in there but looks great.

Problem with Conti tire's are their soft sidewalls. Couple that with a wider tire on a skinny rim and you're going to get quite a bit of tire flex. If you're a spirited driver, you'll probably notice the difference. Overall grip will be higher from the summer tire compound and increased width but turn-in response and agility are going to suffer I'm sure you'll find.

In the future, I'd look into a set of 17x8 wheels (or wider >_>)

From the reviews I have read this is not the case. One of the reasons I choose this tire is that it seems to be a favorite for autoxers. So far they seem great and drive a very twisty rd everyday and I do it very spirited.
I was choosing between the conti and Hanook and the conti won for stiffer sidewall.
What tire would you have recommended?

I guess maybe. Maybe I'm on the wrong forums. Cornering stability was 8.5 on tirerack and I was probably only comparing it to the Hankook Ventus and not other tires. Better research in 15 - 30,000 miles!
