Lio Fung vs. Hitachi wheels - Is there a difference?

So the oem 17" aluminum wheels for '10-'11 were manufactured by two different companies; Lio Fung and Hitachi. I'm replacing a wheel, don't want to go aftermarket, so I am shopping for an oem wheel. My local dealer told me that if my current wheels are LF, then I should replace with LF and not Hitachi, This makes shopping on the used/refurb market VERY difficult.

So the question is: Aside from the obvious, is there really a difference? They look like they're the same spec, same weight....etc
