Default Painting The Wheel Center Cap

My stock rims are being powder coated gloss-black right now and i want to paint the center caps to match the rims.
What kind of paint would be best? automotive paint? "wheel paint"? idk
& if i put clear coat after the paint, would this make it glossier or it will just protect it?

thanks for the help.

Default

those are plastic and best thing do to is use plastic paints like krylon or rust o leum

do not use duplicolor wheel paint CLEAR since i had a problem where it came out beige on top of my graphite wheel color.

i used rust o leum clear coat and it was perfect.

the rest of the wheel i use duplicolor graphite and rust-o-leum clear coat based (not duplicolor clear coat)
