Default 2010 Mazda 3 S Sport Manual Tranmission Issue

I have been back and forth with the dealer with this issue:

I had my Transmission Mount Bracket replace when they said it was broken - it was making a noise when I would let off the clutch and the transmission would torque against the engine. This led to some missed shifts at times. Once they replaced it the noise went away but I find that my shifting has suffered as a result.

Here are the symptoms:

Car never grinds unless I just miss a shift.

Shifting through the gears feels like it hangs up on the gate sometimes (like metal on metal feeling) and the effect is the same when the engine is warm or not, or of the car is running or not.

The effect seems to be a little strong on the low end of the revs.

The issue went from occasional to common - now it seems like it only shift perfectly smooth sometimes.

When I am going about 30 MPH I will it in 5th gear and stop on the gas and the revs don't jump so I know the clutch isn't slipping.

Any ideas on what this might be? They suggested that I change the manual transmission fluid but I am not sure that will fix it since it doesn't appear to make a difference if the car is warmed up or not of even if the car is on or not.

well i think that is also really bad for the engine to be in 5th gear and going that slow and then gunning it...I say try a different dealership but i have heard people say that changing to synthetic trans fluid can help alot of issues.

I just put it in 5th @ 30 to see if I was getting an slipping, I don't do that normally - I doubt that hurts anything at all.
