 Gen 1 cbe on a gen 2
Looking at getting a cbe will a gen one bolt up and are the hangers where they need to be?

Save on lbs and y lug the 2nd muf and tip it's not needed its not making any extra power it's just for looks or am I wrong ?

Better idea would be to replace the second cat with a racepipe/test pipe and leave the stock exhaust the way it is. Buy test pipe. Buy Cobb AP. Buy upgraded fuel pump internals. Didn't look at your signature. The hangers would have to be moved. Gen 2 aftermarket exhaust systems are pretty light. Plus a single exit is going to look weird on a gen2. So yea, you can switch it's just gonna take work and gonna look weird.
