right now all i have is the CS stage 2 SRI.
now should i go AP and internals before i do anything else? or can i do anything else before internals ?

Internals and an AP are a must at this point.

If you're worried about passing smog, you can stop modding now. You picked a good SRI, since the CS is CARB legal. The HPFP internals are mandatory for going "stage 2". Adding a Downpipe, TMIC/FMIC, and tuning for these parts will not allow you to pass smog.

HPFP internals will have absolutely zero bearing on passing smog. Just install them and leave them. IMHO all Speeds should've come with better HPFP internals from the factory. When I first started self-tuning in 2012 I ran out of fuel at only ~18psi during the wintertime. 2010+ Speeds are much worse about this because of the ECU's fueling logic too... If you wanna boost to 20-22, you'll definitely need to upgrade to a performance TMIC or a FMIC. The stock TMIC is a real bottleneck. And I recommend being tuned for ~21 because your stock 2.5 BAR MAP sensor loses resolution above that point. If you really want that extra 1psi (going to 22psi), upgrade to a 3 BAR. Any reputable tuner will tell you all of this.
