Throttle pipe

I stripped the threads on my throttle pipe would that be fixable or should I just buy a new pipd

What is a throttle pipe anyway? Is my brain in neutral? Never heard of it. What's it do?

It's actually the intercooler pipe between the silicone throttle hose and intercooler itself

if it is the cold pipe off the TMIC to the TB sometimes this is tough to find. If you can not find one, I have my stock one since I am running FMIC,

Yep, the only reason I knew, is I f'up the cold pipe myself.

So there are a few choices, stealership ($95), used (mine $55 shipped) or retap. The key is disconnect the recirc tube when putting the thing on. We actually snapped the head off the stock bolt a few weeks back, that was fun getting it out of my CPE cold pipe.





I telling you, good excuse to FMIC.
