Brakes clicking...bad knuckle-caliper?

are the steering knuckles the same on 2.0 and 2.5 mz3?
thought about replacing it

been having issues with my brakes clicking on my 2010 2.5 auto.
makes clicking noise as soon as car start moving, gets louder if lightly tap on the brake.
passenger side is fine, noise, clicking only coming from driver side.

some said it could be a bad knuckle or caliper?
ive changed struts about 3-4 times on it and i didn't think i hit the knuckle that hard that would bent or damaged it.
