The ends of the bar are open. I personally don't think there will be any issue, but I might find some caps to plug them up with.

Is the inside powder coated, too?

In this picture you can see the inside is powder coated, but you obviously can't see the entire inside of the bar.

Does this noticeably stiffen the ride over bumps in a straight line? The Corksport website says the middle setting is 190% stiffer than stock for a non-SPEED Mazda3.

I do not notice and difference in ride quality going in a straight line.

Anyone thinking of adding a rsb will be very impressed with the results and the fit and finish. Everything just went right into place. to Corksport!

Looks great. Nice write up and install pics.

In my opinion there won't be an issue with the ends being open, however, I will look into including caps for the ends of the bar if people are interested.

Also, the bar does not change ride stiffness or wheel travel in a straight line. It only stiffens the transfer of weight between sides.

Am I the only person who thinks the Corksport RSB looks almost exactly like a Tri-Point RSB? The only difference I can see are the stops. On the CS bar, they are integrated. On the Tri-Point bar, they are separate pieces. That probably makes the CS bar a little cheaper to manufacture. Everything else looks identical.

Car is sold, but I am happy to answer any questions about my 3. -

Really nice work! Glad to hear the car handles so much better without sacrificing ride quality. Good idea to try and build some end caps.

Nice work with the grease and grease gun. That blue looks so cool under there!

With "Fast" and "Good" being so relative, What makes your opinion absolute?
