Default Power Window shudder (2010 Mazda3 GT)

Hello everyone
Since day 1 of my GT purchase I have had a shudder in my drivers side power window.
When it starts to open, there is a slight pause and then it jerks the first inch down then it opens
normally with no further stuttering.

The other windows seem normal.

Has anyone else had this problem?
Has it been resolved?
I will be talking to my service dept at some point about this issue.

A video would help.....because that seems normal to me if it is slight...but I can't tell from your description.

Not exactly what I'd call a shudder (try driving with just your rear windows open). Sounds more like a wind-up/slip of the power window pulley system (or whatever mechanism it uses).

Sounds abnormal. Take it into your dealer to check it out. My windows work perfect.

That's weird my front driver and passenger windows have a shudder to them. when you first hold the button to lower them it's like they stick for a split second then break loose and shudder until you stop lowering them or they're just about down. My rear windows work fine though so it seems kinda off to me.

Yeah , I thought that was weird as well. Mine does the same thing. Im going to take it the dealer to check it out. Also when i grab the window it easily moves , not sturdy enough. Dont know what it could be.

Odd, I wonder what causes it. I have to take my car In to the dealer next week for an oil change so I'll ask about it when I go in.
