It adds clutter to otherwise clean lines, IMO. Do you really want to call attention to those lights?

Definitely don't want to call attention to the light reflectors.
I just want to know the consensus regarding these garnish chrome pieces on the rear bumper

No, it's a bit tacky IMO. I'm not a fan of these add on chrome pieces even though I added one myself lol I added the the chrome brow to my fog lights but I painted it black chrome so it's more subtle. Since I wrapped the chrome circle piece around the fog lights gloss black, it was a bit too much black going on so I added the chrome (painted black chrome) brow for contrast. For the rear, leave it alone.
