Just bought my 2017 U.S. plate relocator. Thanks @minsanity , for having one that is height adjustable. Mine plate will sit as low as possible, just a fraction above my front air dam/splitter for best visual IMO.

When it arrives next week, will going into my growing "mod file." When it our 3 ever going to arrive, LOL...

Jan. 25th ordered Mazda 3 GT hatch; Feb. 3rd allocation awarded; Feb. 8th official options/color confirmed; Feb. 27th assembly completed; April 2nd left Japan on transport ship; April 17th arrived at Port of Tacoma; April 26th arrived at dealer. HOORAY!

Below picture thanks and credit to Skagerstrom, for that is his beauty below, the inspiration for what our car will look like.

Thank you, @Road Trip sir. We share similar stories. Mod plans & purchases started way ahead of the car.....& up to now, it still makes me glance back everytime after parking...just like day 1.

Looking forward to finally seeing your car here. You have been a great addition to the M3R family.

Does anyone have photos of what damage has been done to the grille if the front plate has already been mounted in the OEM spot and the plate mount is removed?

I did not take a picture but the damage should be limited to two holes about 8 inches apart.
