I checked the part number you informed for mazda 6 GHP9-67-YA0 as below.

So I think , KA0M-67-YA0 is right !

Hi White,
the 2-step unlock mode were tested in CX5?.

Forscan can't write in those blocks.

Thank you.

Thank you for your patience, I have been studying various configurations, updating the Forscan program, improving the ELM connection and contacting the ForscanTeam.

So here I make a summary to resume the things I have tested with Forscan in my Mazda CX5 W/O AKE.

2-step unlocking appears as disabled option, as in the automatic locking appeared:

- Configuration and Programming SSU / Unlock Mode (Without Touch Sensor) / Not adopted.

I have been testing various setting without success (as I told in post #445 )

Configuration and Programming SSU (AsBuiltData) / error messages:
- Forscan 2.3.1 - “Writing block 1 failed – incompatible configuration”
- Forscan 2.3.4b- “Service procedure has been interrupted”
- After get contact with Forscan team, in future versions will show – “The vehicle conditions are incorrect - Service procedure has been interrupted”

I tested more.
__________________________731-01-01__| 731-01-03 |
CX5SP/WO_AKE, _______0034-4024-20F2___|4221-009F |
_________________________54/24 or 94__|54______________The vehicle conditions are incorrect
_________________________D4/24 or 94__|14/21 or 24_______The vehicle conditions are incorrect
_________________________D0/24 or 94__|1424____________Service procedure completed successfully ** but then **KEYLESS SYSTEM FAILURE

Because the push button start system function has been disabled, to active ACC, get close the upper part of the remote transmitter against the centre of the push button start. Then set the previous SSU (AsBuiltData), and CAUTION:
When the configuration is performed, CAN communication between the start stop unit and control module connected to the CAN line is cut temporarily, and communication error DTCs may be detected. In my case, DTCs in: - PCM: P1260:00-2F // - SSU: B13C3:29-8A, B13D3:94-0A // - R_BCM: B1207:86-0A
After performing the configuration, verify the DTCs for the control module connected to the CAN line and clear it if any DTC is detected.
Verify the DTCs for all of the control modules connected to the CAN line. If any DTC is stored, clear it.

So everything right again.

And that is now the million dollar question, under what conditions should be the vehicle to accept the setting for programming SSU, which is supposed to work.

Let's see if someone can prove in a CX5 with AKE, successfully.

Greetings for everybody.

Thumbs up 2 step unlock

Hi, @Withe .

Last news, with CX5SP/WO_AKE,_0034-D024-2086|5421-00B1 I could write, ending successfully programing AsBuiltData.
Ligths on, “failure KES”, then can get back to previous setting but maintaining changes in 731-01-03.

CX5SP/WO_AKE,_0034-4024-20F2|100D-1847-9047|4221-009F original configuration
CX5SP/WO_AKE,_0034-5424-2006|100D-1847-9047|5421-00B1 wanted 2 step unlocking/NO write
CX5SP/WO_AKE,_0034-D024-2082|100D-1847-9047|5421-00B1 keyless failure BUT WRITE OK
CX5SP/WO_AKE,_0034-4024-20F2|100D-1847-9047|5421-00B1 and here I am

So 731-01-01 B2_4(0100) to D(1101)----bit 4 deactivate KES and let write in module SSU in other bits.

Activated DTC,s, could be erased without any incidence:
PCM__P1260__Theft detected, vehicle immobilized
SSU__B13C3__Antenna control module – signal invalid
SSU__B13D3__PATS_transmitter – unexpected

My best regards
