Rear Sway Bar Info

Lo folks.
Was doing my research on which RSB (Rear sway bar) I wanted and came across that Progress now sells a RSB for our Gen3 Mazda 3.
Now I'm a big fan of Progress since I had them on my civic, so I wanted to compare them to what else was on the market.
Took the liberty of emailing some of the manufacturers for additional specs and information.
Didn't end up with all the information as I'd hoped, but thought I'd share a comparison for those interested in looking for a sway bar.
If anyone finds any additional specs, or manufacturers making RSB's for our 3, please let me know to update this.

TL; DR Here are some specs for rear sway bar comparisons.
Just in case anyone was curious.

vote for sticky (these are good numbers and fantastic research that needs to be visible)

Typically yes you'd rate over stock, so the corksport would be 100 + X%
Annoying? Absolutely.
Progress was a huge name for the early gen1 owners, good to see they're still offering.

Made a sticky.

Thanks for compiling this into one place for the gen3s.

Don't know where you got your numbers, but here's a quote from Corksport's website:

"Adjustable: Two endlink attachment points to change the swaybar from 130% to 220% stiffer than stock."

Your initial soft tortion measurement is less than stock. Looks like a math error & bad info to me. I think Corksport's numbers should be: Soft: 449, Firm: 759

You are correct in this aspect.
I went back and looked.

There seems to be a confusion between "Mazda 3 RSB" and "2014+ Mazda 3 RSB" on Corksport's website.
Found here
Rear Sway Bar | Mazda 3 Sway Bar
Which actually says
"Adjustable: Two endlink attachment points to change the stiffness between 94% and 175% stiffer than stock. "
and here
CORKSPORT 2014+ Mazda 3 Rear Adjustable Sway Bar
Since they are both similar, and priced exactly the same.

I must have pulled up the wrong one as I was doing this, and I'll admit to that.
However, going by those numbers, they still fall short of Progress's 22mm bar compared to their 25mm.
Unless they are saying +130% and +220% stiffness.
But the wording says "130% stiffer than stock" and going by that, that would be 345 lb/in * 1.3 = 448.5 lb/in

I've gone and updated the first post with the corrected numbers for Corksport.

Great information. I have a suggestion, I would like you to add some information about which bars come or have brackets available (ie, corksports comes with brackets and JBR has them available). I think that would good information to include.

Just a tip... I did some searching on that Progress RSB, and found it on sale here: Progress Technology 62.1127 Anti-Roll Bars - 14-14 Mazda3 Free Shipping

$168.96 with free shipping for a limited time. I emailed them, and they said it has about a 2 week lead time right now, as it's still in production.
