The stock tires are such crap, I definitely think you should invest in snowies. I got mine from National Tire Wholesale in Delta. $110 per tire, and something like $20 for installation. I think they will change your tires back to summers for free too (I was in shock at the cost of new tires & rims together so I didn't really pay attention to that haha) |
The snow wasn't too bad, probably a thin layer on the main roads but I was having troubles driving my 3 in the snow. Had to go home and switch over to my Lexus RX350. It was quite bad I kept on seeing my traction control signal on my dashboard going on and off during that span. Hmm...now that you mention I recall slipping sometimes too in the rain. Guess it's time to try it with DSC off.
Yeah, I would invest in snow tires but I guess I will have to see how bad the snow gets first. Worst case scenario, I could just drive my RX350 around
