I took it to my dealer where I told them that its stuck and they blamed the charger..... however I came from a Lexus IS 350 using the SAME charger with no problems.... ultimately they had to remove the whole part and destroyed it in the process and I had to wait for them to order a replacement part. It has to be the chraging port.....
Its a poor design on mazda's part. in no way shape or form should there be an open section of the socket where multiple styles of plugs can get stuck. basic design is 2 or 4 prong. the last thing mazda should do is blame the aftermarket companies on this subject... otherwise make a plug that would work themselves. charger styles haven't changed in ten years so why has mazda
