That's correct. You would pay what the dealer pays. In this car market you should demand it or buy your car elsewhere.

Well, technically no. But you can still ask the dealer to give you the car at s-plan pricing. If they don't then buy it from another dealership. Car sales are in the toilet right now so they should be bending over backwards to give you a great deal on a car.

agree with slow car market now, they need money more than keep the stock.
