Exclamation Help! Rounded out caliper bleeder

My brakes are getting spongy so I need to bleed the system, however, I rounded out my rear caliper bleeder valve and I was wondering the best approach to resolve this. I haven't been able to open it, hence the rounding, so I was thinking of drilling a small hole through the valve to get a nail through, then twist it off and replacing the valve.

Does this sound like a legit plan or anyone else have any suggestions?

Ben

Garage
Yep, small vice grip. If there is not enough room to use them horizontally then use it vertically so you have more room to turn and use an open end wrench to turn the vise grip.
