This new moly is said to be better stuff. I'm still going to wait and use Amsoil, according to Amsoil the new moly is still under testing and has worries of clogging oil filters and other small ports over time. If indeed the new moly is better than the old stuff that was really bad for engines. Then Amsoil will use moly in there oil. I'm a skeptic on moly, it failed before and has no real world 5-10 year test results. "This is the current concerns with moly".

Yea, I use the mazda moly oil. I already run an sri letting more dirt in; I'd rather use the oil with the moly..

High molly was the concern. I misread the info. The worries or benefits of increased molly content. I assumed they were talking about adding Molly, it was the increase. For those who don't know the old moly was clogging oil filters and other small passages.

What kind of oil are you / your dealers are using in our Skyactive engines?
Did anyone do UOA (used oil analysis) yet?
How hard on oil are our high compression and direct injected engines ...?

I think proper oil may have great effect on how long these engines will last and how they will perform.

Also please keep in mind that our engines are spec'd to run on 5-30 in other world markets.

Mazda's 0-20 high molly sythentic is a great oil but it gets pricey ... what do you/your dealers use?

THE VERY BEST ENGINE OIL IS FOR THIS ENGINE 2.5 OR 2.0 IS GRADE O-20 AMSOIL ENGINE OIL. I DID RESEARCH ON IT AND IT IS TOP NOTCH ON THE MARKET CHECK AND SEE.
